All sales are final . We are unable to offer refunds for unused tickets or for guests who are denied entry due to improper/missing identification. Event times and lineups are subject to change without notice. If a show is postponed, you will be contacted via SeeTickets with information regarding the refund policy and protocol as set forth by the event coordinator. If a show is canceled, refunds are processed automatically and will appear in your bank account within 5-7 business days (“business days” exclude weekends & holidays). This time period is subject to variation depending on your financial institution.
